*Important July 2021 update: Till the end of August, delivery will be 7 days rather than our usual 1-3 day lead time.

Under normal circumstances, items (unless noted) are in stock and orders are sent out the next business day. We DO NOT send out order confirmations but we will notify you when your order has been shipped with a tracking number. If we need to restock, please expect your order to arrive in 10 business days. We will notify you when your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Shipping fees are as follows:

$10 Courier - tracked 1 to 3 days

We are subject to the terms and conditions of NZ Post and cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen circumstances resulting in a delay of your shipment.

All orders are sent out within 24 hours. 


In light of covid-19 we have decided that the health and well being of our customers is important so we will no longer be accepting product returns. We can offer an exchange or store credit to transfer to a gift card as an alternative.

We will only accept a return and refund if the product is faulty because of a manufacturing flaw and it has not been worn. However, all products are quality inspected and carefully packaged before being sent out to customers. Note that shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
